At Wallstroke, we strive to deliver premium-quality wall art and a smooth shopping experience to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to damage or an incorrect item, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to screen/display settings
  • Minor size differences within standard tolerance
  • Customized or personalized artworks (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 10–12 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Depending on the issue and verification, Wallstroke may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Product replacement
  • Store credit

The resolution method will be decided after reviewing the return request and supporting images/videos.

Return Shipping

Wallstroke will bear the return shipping cost for approved return or replacement cases.

Customers are requested not to self-ship the product unless instructed by our support team.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Some artworks are made-to-order or customized specifically for customers. Such products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • Wrong item is delivered

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Bank or payment gateway delays may vary depending on the provider.

Damaged Product Claims

To process damaged product claims quickly, customers must share:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Images of damaged packaging/product

Failure to provide proper proof may delay or reject the claim.

International Orders

For international shipments, delivery timelines and return processes may vary depending on the destination country and courier partner.

Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
